Activists: As the name itself shows, the people in this category learn better when they are involved in new experiences, but get bored with implementation.
Reflectors: The people in this category learn better when they see others doing things before making their own conclusion or decision.
Theorists: The people in this category learn better when things are rational – not filled with emotions or feelings.
Pragmatists: They learn better when concepts are applicable to their jobs or there is a direct link between the topic and job.
